Marvell Training & Development and Consultancy Services Ltd was established, by its founders, Philomena Lovell and Margaret Caffrey to provide effective, employment-led training and development services. Catering for the requirements of private individuals, small-medium sized businesses and public sector enterprises.

The company recognises that coporate giants and larger businesses within the market are well served by professional training firms who charge a premium for their services. However it is also recognised that smaller, less profitable companies are unable to afford the high premiums of these major consultancy firms - despite requiring fundamentally important staff training services.

Marvell Training & Development Ltd aims to address the situation through delivering an eclectic range of training and development courses, which are designed by professionals and underpinned by their relevance to current employment requirements, opportunities and trends.
